    The Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN) is an organisation established by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) in 2024 to harness technology and foster innovation for more efficient, resilient, and inclusive financial ecosystems through global partnerships. GFTN organises convening forums, offers advisory services on innovation ecosystems, provides access to transformative digital platforms, and invest in technology startups with the potential for growth and positive social impact through its venture fund. The Customer Fulfilment Intern will support the end-to-end coordination and execution of sponsor fulfilment activities across events and campaigns. Working closely with the Customer Fulfilment team, the intern will gain hands-on exposure to stakeholder coordination, sponsorship activation management, reporting processes, and operational support within a fast-paced event environment. The intern will assist in ensuring sponsorship deliverables are executed accurately and on schedule while maintaining strong communication and service standards with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution Support the Fulfilment team in coordinating fulfilment plans and ensuring alignment with project objectives Assist in maintaining consistency and quality across fulfilment deliverables and operational workflows Help track timelines, deliverables, and internal follow-ups to support smooth execution across departments Sponsor & Stakeholder Management Support timely and professional communication with sponsors, exhibitors and partners regarding fulfilment matters Assist in addressing sponsor enquiries and coordinating updates with relevant internal teams Maintain positive and professional relationships with stakeholders through responsive communication and follow-ups Fulfilment & Sponsorship Activation Assist in the execution of sponsorship entitlements including asset coordination, tracking deliverables, and monitoring activation status Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure sponsorship obligations are delivered according to agreed timelines and standards Support onsite and backend fulfilment operations during event setup and live event periods Act as operational support for team members when required to ensure continuity of deliverables Reporting & Documentation Assist in gathering fulfilment data, sponsor feedback, and performance metrics for post-event reporting Support the preparation and formatting of sponsor reports and fulfilment summaries Maintain accurate trackers, documentation, and status updates across fulfilment activities Crisis & Contingency Support Support the team in resolving fulfilment-related issues and escalating urgent matters where necessary Assist in implementing contingency plans to minimize disruptions and maintain service standards Provide operational support during high-pressure or last-minute changes in event environments Requirements: Technical & Functional Skills Basic understanding of event operations, sponsorship fulfilment, or project coordination workflows Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail when handling sponsor deliverables, trackers, and documentation Familiarity with reporting processes and operational coordination Computer & Systems Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Comfortable managing trackers, timelines, and reporting documents using Excel Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Outlook Ability to learn internal systems and fulfilment tracking platforms quickly Communication & Stakeholder Management Skills Professional written and verbal communication skills Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders Confidence in following up on timelines, approvals, and sponsor requirements Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain professional relationships Organizational & Time Management Skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet tight deadlines Detail-oriented approach in maintaining fulfilment accuracy and quality standards Problem-Solving & Adaptability Proactive mindset in identifying fulfilment issues and supporting solutions Ability to adapt quickly to changes in events and operational environments Willingness to support urgent operational requirements when needed Learning Attitude & Work Ethic Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Reliable, responsible, and professional in handling assigned tasks and responsibilities Open to feedback and continuous improvement
