WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for curious, creative, and focused individuals ready to play a critical role in making things happen at Golin. Our
interns
get the chance to craft media pitches, work on media events and brainstorm for campaigns for clients in the corporate sector.
If you’re a strong writer and communicator, possess an eye for detail, are a whiz at organizing, and most importantly, think creatively and strategically, we would love to meet you!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Media monitoring, analysis, and reporting - Monitor and track client, competitor, industry, and cultural news and share it with the team
Campaign planning (brainstorming, business analysis, campaign analysis, ideation), including:
Support the team in research tasks and present the analysis clearly
Participate actively in brainstorming sessions to bring fresh, new creative ideas
Social and digital media campaign planning and execution
Draft media materials (e.g. press releases, fact sheets, briefing documents, etc)
Media relations – including providing media support, coordinating logistics, and assisting with media material creation and outreach
Provide media outreach support and coordinate logistics with external vendors and provide on-site event support
Develop a deeper understanding of the Corporate Communications landscape, hone your language and nuances in addressing B2B/ B2G audiences
You will also receive training across media relations, writing, and campaign development in the span of your internship.

Actively listen to instructions and demonstrate an understanding of assignment expectations (deadlines and deliverables)
Demonstrate critical thinking, curiosity, and eagerness to learn
Meticulous and detail-oriented. Display the ability to identify, manage and resolve issues
Degree in Business, English, Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field
A plus if you have prior internship/working experience in PR.
