Key Responsibilities Conduct experiments, analysing and processing experimental data, analyzing and sorting out unqualified data Research activities might include – cell culture, protein purification, concentration test, SDS-PAGE, Western blot analysis, endotoxin test, HPLC and LC-MS test analysis of protein samples Setting up experiments, running samples and writing experimental records Participate in multiple R&D projects as part of the field project team Responsible for proper documentation of experimental records Participate in routine lab hygiene activities including 5S of work areas, stocktaking and consumable replenishment and performing routine checks and maintenance on the equipment to ensure it is working correctly Following all safety protocols and SOPs to ensure that a safety working environment is provided for all. Complete other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor Key Requirements Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or equivalent Familiar with the experimental operation of SDS-PAGE, Western blots, LC-MS, HPLC and other protein detection Good troubleshooting skills Good communication skills (verbal and written) Good team working skills Benefits: Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as a 401(k) retirement plan with a company match that vests fully on day one.
