    About this internship

    What The Role Is The Service Partnership team works closely with government agencies to strengthen partnerships, improve service delivery and identify opportunities for service innovation. As an intern, you will support account management, data analysis and operational activities across the team. You will also play an active role in helping the team leverage AI, automation and digital tools to improve productivity, strengthen decision-making and enhance service delivery. This internship is open to students currently pursuing a full-time undergraduate degree. What You Will Be Working On Account Management Support Support Service Partnership in managing relationships with client agencies. Prepare briefing notes, presentation materials and meeting summaries. Maintain records of agency engagements, issues and follow-up actions. Track the progress of agency initiatives and service improvement efforts. Data Analysis and Reporting Consolidate, validate and analyse operational, customer and service performance data. Develop reports, dashboards and visualisations to support management decision-making. Identify trends, risks and opportunities from data. Support the preparation of management updates and business reviews. Digital Enablement and Automation Apply AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to improve work quality and productivity. Develop and maintain prompts, templates and workflows that support the team's day-to-day work. Identify manual processes that can be streamlined through automation or digital tools. Build and test simple automation solutions, trackers and workflows using approved platforms. Support the team's adoption of AI and digital tools through demonstrations, user support and sharing of good practices. Assist in documenting and scaling successful use cases across the team. Operations and Knowledge Management Maintain team repositories, trackers and operational records. Support the organisation of workshops, meetings and engagement sessions. Contribute to projects that improve team effectiveness and service delivery outcomes. What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who: Is currently pursuing a full-time undergraduate degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Economics, Accountancy or a related discipline. Has a strong interest in technology, AI and digital transformation. Is familiar with AI-assisted productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or similar applications. Is comfortable working with data and extracting insights from information. Possesses strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills. Communicates clearly and works well with stakeholders. Is proactive, resourceful and willing to learn. Preferred Experience using Excel, Power BI or other data analysis tools. Experience using automation tools such as Power Automate or similar low-code platforms. Experience leading projects, organising activities or serving in student leadership roles.
