    Job Requisition ID # 26WD100988 Position Overview Autodesk’s Identity & Access Management team builds reliable, scalable services that support millions of Autodesk customers every day. As an intern, you’ll work alongside experienced engineers, architects, and product managers to build and improve Autodesk’s membership platform. You’ll gain hands-on experience developing scalable, API-driven, cloud-native services and learn how production engineering teams build, test, and operate software at scale. Responsibilities Collaborate with a self-organized agile team to design, build, and operate Autodesk’s membership service Contribute to features and capabilities that enhance performance, analytics, security, or software quality across our services Help improve testing and quality infrastructure, including unit, integration, and end-to-end test coverage Improve automated validation and quality gates to provide faster and more reliable development feedback Help maintain the health of the service and platform by assisting with monitoring, alerting, metrics, and troubleshooting Translate product and technical requirements into clean, scalable code with mentorship from senior engineers Explore developer and agent-friendly tooling that improves testing, code quality, and engineering workflows Minimum Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, graduating in 2027 or 2028 Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design principles Familiarity with at least one programming language such as Go, Java, C++, C#, or Python Understanding of REST APIs and relational or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB) Internship duration: 11 January - 25 June 2027, 6 months full-time (fixed dates) Preferred Qualifications Exposure to automated testing, continuous integration, or cloud platforms (AWS preferred) Familiarity with performance monitoring or code quality tooling for web applications Interest in developer tooling, automation, or AI-assisted software development Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively Interested in cloud-native application development and curious about AWS cloud ecosystems Learning Benefits Platform-first engineering principles and cloud-native design patterns How modern cloud-native applications are built, tested, and maintained in production Best practices for secure, scalable API design and identity management Automated testing, continuous integration, code quality, and performance monitoring practices How modern engineering teams use automation and AI-assisted development workflows Collaboration skills in a global, fast-moving engineering environment Learn More About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk!
