In this role, you will work alongside software engineers, product managers, designers, and AI practitioners to develop reliable, scalable, and well-instrumented software. You will contribute to production-oriented projects, learn how complex systems evolve, and help the team explore new approaches to AI-assisted product development.
The on-site, in-person recruitment drive will run from 9 October to 6 November 2026.
Responsibilities
Contribute to the design, implementation, testing, and documentation of software components, APIs, or internal developer tools, with guidance from the team
Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional partners to learn how product needs are translated into clear technical requirements
Investigate technical issues across services, data flows, dependencies, and user experiences with support from mentors and teammates
Write maintainable code with appropriate unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, Agile planning, and team retrospectives
Use logs, metrics, dashboards, and user feedback to evaluate system behavior and improve product quality
Contribute to prototypes and experiments involving AI-assisted workflows, data products, or intelligent developer tools
Communicate findings, tradeoffs, risks, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Minimum Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, with an expected graduation date in 2027 or 2028
Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, C++, C#, or Go
Understanding of core computer science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, object-oriented or functional programming, and software design
Experience building, testing, or debugging software through coursework, personal projects, research, hackathons, open-source contributions, self-directed learning, or prior internships
Familiarity with version control concepts and a willingness to learn team-based development practices using tools such as Git
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Curiosity and willingness to learn unfamiliar technologies, systems, and product domains
Preferred Qualifications
Interest in or exposure to cloud services, distributed systems, APIs, databases, data pipelines, or event-driven architectures
Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, analytics tools, or data quality practices
Interest in automated testing, code quality, or continuous integration and delivery workflows
Curiosity about machine learning, generative AI, large language models, retrieval systems, agents, or AI application development. Exposure through coursework, projects, reading, experimentation, or prior work is considered helpful
Interest in learning how to define technical specifications, acceptance criteria, evaluation metrics, or experiment plans
Curiosity about how teams use logging, monitoring, tracing, and performance analysis to understand and improve software systems
Interest in CAD, manufacturing, product design, engineering software, or developer platforms
Learning Benefits
How data platforms and services support complex, cloud-connected product experiences
How production software is designed, reviewed, tested, deployed, monitored, and improved
How teams define requirements and evaluate quality for AI-enabled products
How to balance user needs, technical constraints, system reliability, and delivery speed
