Temasek Foundation (TF) supports a diverse range of programmes that connects people, uplifts communities, protects our planet and advances capabilities in Singapore, Asia and beyond. TF’s programmes, made possible through philanthropic endowments gifted by Temasek, strive towards achieving positive outcomes for individuals and communities now, and for generations to come. The Intern will serve as a vital support resource, assisting with TF’s initiatives in one or more areas such as research, data analytics and visualisation, and communications. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced philanthropy organisation while contributing to high-level strategic projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist in collecting, cleaning and organising impact-related data from programmes Support the analysis of various datasets and generate insights, including the creation of data visualisations and dashboards (e.g. in Excel, PowerBI, Tableau) Conduct desktop research on relevant topics as directed by supervisor, including for benchmarking and comparative impact analysis Compile, summarise, and present key research findings in a clear and actionable format. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving internal processes and strategies. Requirements: Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Data Analytics or a related field. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear and concise narratives. Familiarity with MS Excel and data visualisation tools (PowerBI, Tableau etc.) preferred Detail-oriented, with exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple projects effectively. A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, will be an added advantage.
