Develop and deploy an automated COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality) Dashboard using Snowflake and Power BI. Gather and translate business requirements from Quality, Operations, and Manufacturing stakeholders into dashboard solutions. Perform data extraction, validation, cleansing, and KPI development to ensure data accuracy and reliability. Build automated data refresh processes and maintain dashboard performance and usability. Design intuitive visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision making. Develop a Master Data Governance AI Agent Team using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Create and maintain AI knowledge bases using governance documents, SOPs, and business rules. Configure, test, and optimize AI agents to support master data governance processes and user inquiries. Prepare user documentation, conduct testing, and support solution adoption across business teams. Present project outcomes, recommendations, and improvement opportunities to the Digital Transformation Team and stakeholders.
