Job Responsibilities
Assist in the end to end origination process, including but not limited to the preparation of pitch books, information memorandum, coordinating roadshow logistic and marketing materials, investors Q&As and other related work;
Perform comprehensive market research and data analysis to support originators' business development initiatives;
Provide administrative support as well as maintaining departmental report and deal trackers to monitor the progress.
Maintain a systematic and organized filing system to ensure efficient data retrieval and full compliance with audit requirement.
Job Requirements

Collaborative team player who is able to build strong working relationships with other team members and stakeholders to achieve team goals.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple live transactions/ tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines and in a fast paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and cultures.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights and presentations.
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to prepare clear and professional presentations.
Exceptional command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin) is essential for this regional coverage role, & due to the requirement to communicate with Chinese clients and counterparties.
