Your Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage end-to-end interview scheduling, including arranging interviews with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers, resolving scheduling conflicts, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Track recruitment progress and maintain interview schedules, candidate records, and feedback trackers to ensure timely follow-up, accurate reporting, and effective stakeholder communication.
Support the recruitment team in conducting initial candidate screening and shortlisting for temporary, and junior-level positions.
Assist with candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a professional, responsive, and positive experience.
Support recruitment projects, talent mapping, market research, and process improvement initiatives as required.

Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple interview schedules and priorities simultaneously.
