Responsibilities Job Description Business development prospecting by assisting with cold calling for new prospects and Leasing enquiries Assist in market research and data collection to plan and execute the intended Trade mix Assist in the preparation of presentation slides and Excel data entry/analysis Assist in administrative work when required Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business, Real Estate Business, or any other related disciplines Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word and PowerPoint ) Basic knowledge of real estate principles Strong numerical skills are an advantage Keen interest in the F&B/Retail/Entertainment industry Closing Statement: At CapitaLand, we advocate fair employment practices, and recruit talents based on merit and fit with our Corporate values.
