The Company MTI Consulting (www.mtiworldwide.com) is an international strategy consultancy – having carried out over 760 assignments in 56 countries over the last 29 years The Role This is a full-time, unpaid role of 3-months Transform written and edited Thought Leadership content into visually engaging and social-media-friendly deliverables. Visualise key insights, data and messages using charts, graphs, infographics and other relevant visual formats. Support the development of visually engaging social media posts, carousels and other digital content to improve content accessibility and engagement. Ensure visual and written content is optimised for clarity, consistency and relevance across different social media platforms. The Person Undergraduate or just graduated in marketing, digital marketing, or any related discipline Supplemented by related assignments and/or extracurricular experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with content development tools (such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe and PowerPoint) will be an advantage
