Role Description
* Assist Investment Counselors in pre-trade and post trade matters eg key trades in Olympic, do post trades via email, email fund documents to clients etc
* Place simple equity or FX trades
* Assist in preparation of slides for weekly updates, sharing of ideas with RMs, ad hoc requests such as research materials requested by RMs, corporate actions etc
* Liaise with internal stakeholders such as Ops on matters such as delivery of shares for FCNs, corporate actions etc, CED/CAD on MOA matters
* Liaise with partners such as iFast, Clearstream and iCapital on fund (transfer in, MOA) and capital call matters
* Assist and maintain monthly IC account tagging with Finance and branch
* Liaise with HQ on matters such as monthly bond data to HQ for report to KK, review of sales process etc
* Do data analytics to help in generating call to action ideas
Qualifications
Looking for Interns or Fresh Grad who can commit to a 6 Months Contract
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms.
Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Business Mandarin is an advantage.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; prior internship experience in banking or financial services is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
Base Pay is $3,600 to $4,000 Per Month.
