About the Company We have partnered with a renowned global leader in information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure and smart devices. They are providing full-stack, all-scenario AI solution for products and services carriers, enterprises, governments, and individual consumers worldwide. We are looking for a technically sharp intern to build and deploy personalised AI assistant agents for our team. You will work directly with our internal large language model (LLM) service to design, implement, and maintain multi-user agent deployments — each tailored to the workflows of individual team members. Job Description: Design and deploy personal AI assistant agents for multiple team members using our internal LLM infrastructure Build and extend agent capabilities through custom tools, skills, and integrations Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to ground agents in team-specific knowledge bases Configure and manage agent memory, context management, and session persistence across users Integrate with internal systems and external services via MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool-use APIs Architect multi-agent workflows using Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication protocols where applicable Iterate on agent behaviour based on team feedback, performance metrics, and failure analysis Document deploy Qualifications & Requirements Currently studying, possess a Bachelor's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or equivalent research experiences. Demonstrate the ability to generate new ideas and innovate. Academic or industrial working experiences in recommendation & search, natural language processing, deep learning, machine learning, or related fields. Have strong programming skills, experienced in one or more programming languages including but not limited to: C/C++, Java, Python.
