    About this internship

    The student will be involved in exploring and designing Agentic AI solutions to support Fab Key Users in incident troubleshooting and resolution. This includes applying Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Operations (MLOps) techniques and tools to enhance automated troubleshooting through Large Language Models (LLMs) that interact with self-defined knowledge repositories, create and maintain integrated knowledge bases with up-to-date information, and leverage real-time data together with historical incident resolutions to improve troubleshooting effectiveness. The solution will provide users with detailed symptom analysis and recommended resolutions while escalating complex issues to human support when necessary. In addition, the student will leverage Generative AI to automate the extraction of critical failure insights from 8D reports and generate comprehensive, high-fidelity test cases that validate the effectiveness of implemented solutions against identified root causes, architectural gaps, and systemic failures, thereby minimizing the risk of recurring production issues. The student will also contribute to scaling AI-driven document intelligence capabilities to perform deep semantic analysis of 8D (Eight Disciplines) problem-solving reports by identifying technical, systemic, and escapee root causes, analyzing integration-layer workflows, reconstructing the sequence of failure events, and autonomously generating detailed test cases to verify the robustness of corrective actions and ensure the long-term effectiveness of implemented solutions.
