Internship Period: Immediate/ Aug/ Sept Period: 6 months School-supported internship only Job Description Key Responsibilities - Collate and prepare information/data for analysis and generate reports - Assist in day to day finance and data updating in system - Analyse reports and make recommendations to improve or streamline operational process - Update and organize operational documentation and create the SOPs - Doing items picking and orders processing for Online orders at brick and mortar store (Require to travel to different FairPrice stores to support operations. May require to work weekend during peak season like Chinese New Year) Training Plans - Onboarding & Foundational Knowledge: The intern will be introduced to the team, key stakeholders, and the company's mission. They'll receive an overview of the end-to-end operations process. - System Training: Train on the systems and tools that are required for the tasks - Store attachment: Attached to stores to learn the end to end process to proces online orders and understand the SOPs Job Requirements Learning Outcomes / Goals - Process Proficiency: Master our core operational processes, demonstrating an understanding of how our team contributes to the company's overall success. - Problem-Solving: Proactively identify and resolve common operational challenges under supervision. - Communication: Effectively communicate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. - Technical Proficiency: Become proficient in our key operational software and tools.
