You'll work closely with branch colleagues and internal stakeholders to support customer acquisition initiatives, deliver quality service, and promote digital banking solutions.

What You Do
Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Acquisition: promote and introduce OCBC FRANK Account and Debit Card solutions to acquire new-to-bank customers
Campaign & Event Support: work with internal stakeholders to support, coordinate, and participate in customer acquisition campaigns, marketing activities, and roadshows
Customer Service & Advisory: assist customers with MOE HESL submissions and provide quality after-sales support to enhance their banking experience
Digital Banking Adoption: educate customers on self-service banking channels, including mobile banking, online banking, and ATMs, to improve convenience and accessibility
Banking Operations Support: gain exposure to branch operations while supporting daily customer service and administrative activities
Administrative Support: perform basic administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and filing
Risk & Compliance: ensure adherence to relevant policies, operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards
Ad-hoc Tasks: provide support on branch initiatives, customer engagement activities, and other assignments as required

Global Consumer Financial Services helps individuals and families achieve their financial aspirations through a comprehensive range of banking, lending, wealth, and lifestyle solutions. Within Personal & Premier Banking, the West Cluster team serves customers across various life stages, supporting their everyday banking needs and long-term financial goals.
You'll work alongside experienced branch professionals and relationship teams, gaining valuable exposure to customer engagement, service excellence, banking operations, and the role financial institutions play in helping customers build financial confidence and success.
