As an Intern within the Tech, Media & Telecom team, you'll gain valuable exposure to corporate banking, industry research, and strategic client coverage. How You Succeed
To excel in this role, you'll need to be curious, analytical, and commercially minded. You'll work closely with Relationship Managers and industry specialists to analyse market developments, evaluate financial performance, and identify opportunities within the rapidly evolving TMT landscape. Your ability to interpret data, synthesise insights, and communicate effectively will help support business decisions and strengthen client relationships.
What You Do
Your responsibilities will include:
• Industry Research: conduct research on the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors to identify key trends, growth drivers, and developments impacting corporate banking clients
• Market Intelligence: gather and analyse market intelligence, economic indicators, and industry developments to support business planning and client engagement activities
• Financial Analysis: support the analysis and interpretation of financial statements, operating performance, and business trends of large corporate clients
• Data Analytics: leverage data and analytical tools to identify trends, evaluate market opportunities, and generate actionable business insights
• Sector Coverage Support: develop knowledge of technology value chains, emerging growth themes, and industry ecosystems across key markets including the United States, China, and Taiwan
• Presentation Development: prepare client presentations, industry updates, market summaries, and briefing materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Corporate Banking Exposure: gain exposure to a broad range of corporate banking products and services, including bilateral loans, trade and supply chain financing, global markets, and global transaction banking solutions
• Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on client coverage initiatives, sector reviews, and strategic projects as assigned
Who You Work With
Global Corporate Banking partners leading corporations across industries and markets, providing financing, advisory, and banking solutions that support their growth ambitions. Within the Tech, Media & Telecom team, you'll work alongside experienced bankers who cover some of the most dynamic and innovative companies globally. You'll gain valuable insights into industry trends, client relationship management, and the role financial institutions play in supporting businesses through periods of rapid growth and transformation.

• Keen to learn about corporate banking products and services, including bilateral loans, trade and supply chain financing, global markets, and global transaction banking solutions
• Interest in emerging technology trends, including artificial intelligence and digital transformation, would be advantageous
• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
