Kickstart your career in investment banking and gain hands-on exposure to a broad range of corporate finance transactions. As a Corporate Finance Intern, you'll work alongside experienced professionals to support strategic advisory and capital-raising activities, including initial public offerings (IPOs), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and other corporate finance initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to develop your analytical, valuation, and financial modelling skills while contributing to meaningful client engagements.

You'll work closely with the team to conduct research, prepare transaction materials, and support live deal execution. Your ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment will be essential in delivering high-quality work and creating value for clients.
What You Do
Your responsibilities will include:
Corporate Finance Advisory: gain exposure to a variety of corporate finance transactions, including IPOs, secondary fund raisings, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic advisory engagements
Industry & Company Research: conduct industry, market, and company research to support client pitches, transaction execution, and business development initiatives
Pitchbook & Transaction Materials: assist in the preparation of pitchbooks, presentations, teasers, information memoranda, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders
Financial Analysis & Valuation: support the development of financial models and valuation analyses, including discounted cash flow (DCF), sensitivity analysis, and trading and transaction comparable assessments
Due Diligence Support: assist in reviewing and analysing information required for transaction evaluation and execution
Financial Database Research: utilise financial information platforms such as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, MergerMarket, and AlphaSense to gather market intelligence and support analysis
Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on other corporate finance projects and assignments as required
Who You Work With
Global Investment Banking partners corporations, financial institutions, and other clients to provide strategic advice and capital solutions that support growth, transformation, and long-term value creation. Within the Corporate Finance team, you'll work alongside experienced investment banking professionals who advise clients on key strategic transactions and financing opportunities. You'll gain valuable exposure to the end-to-end deal lifecycle and develop insights into how businesses make critical financial and strategic decisions.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Copilot
Familiarity with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, MergerMarket, and AlphaSense would be advantageous
Able to commit to a full-time internship of at least 6 months
Prior internship or relevant work experience would be advantageous
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
