As a Digital Markets Intern, you'll gain hands-on exposure to data analytics, e-commerce platforms, artificial intelligence, and emerging digital asset initiatives. What You Do Your responsibilities will include: E-Commerce Support: monitor digital trading platforms and live trading engines, support daily operational processes, perform reporting activities, and assist in troubleshooting and system enhancements Process Automation: develop and enhance automation solutions using Python, macros, and other digital tools to improve operational efficiency and scalability Data Analytics: prepare, analyse, and validate datasets to generate business insights and support decision-making across Digital Markets initiatives Dashboard & Reporting Development: build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisation tools using platforms such as Power BI and Tableau Data Management: support database automation, data structuring, and data quality initiatives to strengthen reporting and analytics capabilities Artificial Intelligence Initiatives: assist in identifying opportunities to leverage AI and analytics to streamline processes and improve business outcomes Digital Assets Research: conduct market research and analysis on developments within the digital assets ecosystem, emerging technologies, and industry trends Project Coordination: support project implementation activities, documentation, testing, and stakeholder communications for digital products and new platform initiatives Event & Engagement Support: assist in coordinating internal and external events, workshops, and activities related to digital assets and innovation initiatives Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on strategic initiatives and business transformation projects as assigned Who You Work With Digital Markets sits at the intersection of financial markets, technology, and innovation.
