What You Do Your responsibilities will include: AI Agent Evaluation: support the assessment, testing, and evaluation of AI Agents to identify opportunities for enhancing business processes and productivity Prompt Engineering: develop and refine prompts to optimise GenAI outputs for different business use cases and operational requirements AI Documentation: assist in preparing documentation, user guides, process flows, and evaluation reports for AI-related initiatives Data Management: support data preparation, organisation, and governance activities to improve data readiness and quality for AI consumption Business Use Case Development: collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyse, and prototype AI-driven solutions that address business challenges AI Research & Innovation: conduct research on emerging AI technologies, agent orchestration capabilities, and industry developments to support innovation initiatives Process Improvement: explore opportunities to automate workflows and improve efficiency through the application of GenAI and AI-powered tools Ad-hoc Projects: provide support on digital transformation, innovation, and finance-related initiatives as assigned Who You Work With Digital Finance drives innovation and transformation across Finance by leveraging data, automation, and emerging technologies to enhance decision-making and operational efficiency.
