We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Talent Management / Recruitment Intern to support our team across sourcing, candidate engagement, market mapping and recruitment delivery. This role is ideal for someone who is curious about people, business, technology and the future of AI-driven hiring. What You Will Do As a Talent Management / Recruitment Intern, you will work closely with our recruitment consultants and support live hiring mandates across AI, technology, digital transformation and commercial roles. Your responsibilities will include: Partner with recruitment consultants to understand hiring requirements, client needs and target candidate profiles. Source and identify potential candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, databases, referrals and other talent channels. Conduct outreach to engage passive candidates and assess their initial interest in relevant opportunities. Support resume screening, candidate evaluation and shortlisting based on role requirements. Prepare candidate summaries, profiles and recruitment notes for consultant review and client submission. Maintain structured candidate pipelines and track sourcing, outreach and follow-up progress. Coordinate interviews and support timely communication between candidates, consultants and clients. Conduct talent mapping and basic market research across technology, AI and regional hiring markets. Support business development research by identifying target companies, hiring trends and key talent movements. Assist in improving internal recruitment workflows, trackers, documentation and process efficiency. Support ad hoc projects related to recruitment operations, AI transformation and internal process improvement. Qualifications Undergraduate or postgraduate student currently pursuing a Degree or Master’s in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business, Psychology, Communications or a related field. Comfortable using LinkedIn, Google Workspace, spreadsheets and online research tools. Strong attention to detail, communication skills and willingness to learn. Able to work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision. Prior experience in recruitment, HR, business development, sales, consulting or client-facing work is a plus. Strong proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in additional Asian languages, such as Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia/Malay, Japanese or Korean, is a plus given our regional hiring scope. Commitment Full-time 6-month internship preferred, or at least 3 days per week. 100% remote working arrangement with flexible working hours. Overlap with Singapore working hours is preferred.
