As a Transformation, Digital and Corporate Services Intern, you'll contribute to meaningful projects that enhance the way legal and compliance teams work through technology, design, and innovation. This is an opportunity to apply your creativity and design skills in a professional setting while gaining exposure to enterprise-wide transformation initiatives and working with stakeholders across the organisation.
How You Succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll need a strong eye for design, a passion for creating intuitive digital experiences, and the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visual stories. You'll work closely with project teams to develop user-centric solutions, communicate project outcomes effectively, and support change adoption through impactful digital content. Success comes from being curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
What You Do
Your responsibilities will include:
UI/UX Design: Support digital transformation initiatives by designing user-friendly and visually engaging interfaces that enhance user experience and adoption
Presentation Design: Create executive-quality presentations that communicate project updates, insights, and outcomes effectively to senior stakeholders
Digital Communications: Develop communication materials, digital content, and promotional assets to support project engagement and awareness
Content Creation & Storytelling: Produce visual and multimedia content, including videos and graphics, that showcase transformation initiatives and their impact
Project Showcase & Engagement: Support the promotion of project achievements across various internal channels to drive awareness and engagement
Ad-hoc Projects: Provide support on other transformation, innovation, and communication-related initiatives as assigned
Who You Work With
Group Legal and Compliance safeguards the bank's integrity, reputation, and long-term sustainability. Within the Group Transformation, Digital and Corporate Services team, you'll work alongside professionals driving innovation and digitalisation initiatives that modernise how legal and compliance services are delivered. You'll gain valuable exposure to cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and the practical application of design and communication in a highly regulated environment.
Who You Are
Passionate about design, digital experiences, and visual storytelling
Strong skills in UI/UX design, presentation design, digital content creation, and communication
Comfortable using design and content creation tools to bring ideas to life
Creative, curious, and open to learning and feedback
Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across different teams
A portfolio showcasing creative, design, or multimedia work will be an advantage
Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
