As an Intern within Group Technology Projects, you'll gain firsthand exposure to enterprise-scale technology initiatives that drive innovation, digitalisation, and operational excellence across the bank. How You Succeed To excel in this role, you'll need to be curious, organised, and eager to learn. You'll work closely with project managers, technology teams, and business stakeholders to support project delivery, governance, and continuous improvement efforts. Your ability to manage multiple priorities, analyse information, communicate effectively, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders will be key to delivering successful outcomes. What You Do Your responsibilities will include: • Project Coordination: assist in tracking and reporting the progress of technology projects and programmes to support effective project delivery • Project Governance: support the preparation and maintenance of project documentation, including business cases, project charters, status reports, and governance materials • Risk & Issue Management: assist in maintaining project plans, risk registers, issue logs, and change request documentation • Data Analysis & Reporting: contribute to the analysis and visualisation of project performance metrics to support decision-making and programme oversight • Process Improvement: participate in project reviews and support initiatives that enhance project delivery processes and operational efficiency • Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with cross-functional teams across Group Operations & Technology and business units to support project activities and deliverables • Delivery Support: assist in ensuring projects adhere to governance frameworks, compliance requirements, and established delivery methodologies • Ad-hoc Tasks: provide support on other technology transformation and project management initiatives as assigned Who You Work With Group Operations and Technology plays a critical role in enabling OCBC's digital transformation and business growth. Within the Group Technology Projects team, you'll work alongside project managers, technology specialists, and business stakeholders who deliver strategic initiatives across the organisation. You'll gain valuable exposure to enterprise technology platforms, transformation programmes, and the collaborative efforts required to deliver innovative solutions in a complex banking environment.
