You'll work closely with the Counterparty Credit Risk Infrastructure team to support system maintenance, data analysis, and project initiatives. Your ability to understand financial concepts, leverage technology to solve problems, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders will be key to delivering meaningful outcomes and supporting a robust risk management environment.
What You Do
Your responsibilities will include:
• Counterparty Credit Risk Infrastructure: assist in the maintenance and enhancement of systems that support counterparty credit risk monitoring and management
• System Support: support day-to-day system monitoring, maintenance, and operational activities to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of risk platforms
• Data Analysis: analyse risk and portfolio data to support reporting, monitoring, and risk management decision-making
• Project Initiatives: assist in the delivery of technology enhancements, automation initiatives, and projects that strengthen risk management capabilities
• Process Improvement: identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the quality of risk data and reporting
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with risk, technology, and business teams to support ongoing risk infrastructure and transformation initiatives
• Ad-hoc Tasks: provide support on other risk management projects and assignments as required
Who You Work With
Group Wholesale Credit Risk Management plays a critical role in safeguarding the bank through effective risk oversight and disciplined risk management practices. Within the Counterparty Credit Risk team, you'll work alongside specialists who manage risks arising from treasury and Global Markets activities, helping to ensure the bank remains resilient in an increasingly complex financial environment. You'll gain valuable exposure to how risk, technology, and business teams collaborate to support sustainable growth.
