About this internship
Join us for a fulfilling HR internship at Infineon! You will be part of the Emerging Talent (Young Talent) team that covers key topics underlying Talent/Student Attraction and University Relations, gaining exposure from regional and local perspectives.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
Talent Operations: Support day-to-day Emerging Talent activities and monitor program progress
Process Management: Map and review Emerging Talent processes to identify improvement opportunities
Campus Engagement: Coordinate virtual and physical recruitment events, including campus activities and career fairs
Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives across digital platforms to strengthen talent attraction
Project Coordination: Assist in local and regional projects involving multiple stakeholders
Meeting Administration: Coordinate meetings, schedules, and related administrative activities
Internship Learning Outcomes
Emerging Talent Management: Gain understanding of talent acquisition and talent development practices in a global high-tech organization
Campus Relations: Develop exposure to university engagement and talent attraction strategies
Recruitment Research: Learn sourcing and research techniques to identify internal and external talent
Project Management: Build project coordination skills through collaboration with various stakeholders
Cross-Cultural Collaboration: Enhance communication and interpersonal skills in a diverse international environment
Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
Educational Background: Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
Microsoft Office Skills: Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
Microsoft Copilot Experience: Familiarity with using Microsoft Copilot to improve productivity and collaboration
Agentic AI Knowledge: Understanding of Agentic AI concepts and applications
Data Visualization Skills: Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools is an advantage
Presentation Skills: Advanced PowerPoint capabilities are an added advantage
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities
Positive Mindset: Demonstrate enthusiasm, creativity, and a proactive attitude
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and thrive in a dynamic environment
