Internship - IT Business Analyst (Human Resources)

Join the IT HR Payroll team to explore and develop innovative automation and advanced AI reporting solutions for the payroll validation tool. Working as part of a small team, you will investigate how intelligent workflow automation and AI-driven data insights can enhance overtime validation processes and streamline payroll operations. The internship will focus on transforming HR payroll workflows through emerging technologies, culminating in the delivery of working prototypes, automated validation logic, and analytics dashboards for business stakeholders. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Process Research and Improvement: Research and evaluate existing manual processes within the payroll validation tool to identify opportunities for enhanced overtime validation automation and intelligent reporting. Automation Development: Design, build, and test automated validation scripts and custom data reporting modules using modern programming frameworks. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, and payroll stakeholders to translate complex compliance requirements into scalable technical solution designs. Analytics Prototyping: Develop proof-of-concepts and analytics prototypes that minimize payroll errors, reduce processing time, and address validation challenges. AI-Driven Reporting: Analyse business requirements and data patterns to create AI-powered reporting models that improve payroll transparency and decision-making. Your profile Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed Education Background: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. Interest in HR Technology: Demonstrate a strong interest in HR technology, workflow automation, data science, and AI-driven reporting solutions. Programming Fundamentals: Possess basic programming knowledge in languages such as Python, JavaScript, .NET, or similar technologies.
