We’re looking for curious, driven students to join us across 5 internship tracks. Get hands-on experience, work with industry mentors, and make a real impact. What you’ll experience: 1. Corporate Support Functions IT, HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, Design, or Strategy. Support business operations and see how a real estate company runs from the inside out. 2. Property / Facilities Management Work on live sites and portfolios. Learn building operations, tenant engagement, and how we keep buildings safe, smart, and efficient. 3. Valuation Support our valuation team on market research, data analysis, and property assessments across residential, commercial, and industrial assets. 4. Project Management Assist in planning and delivering property upgrades, A&A works, and development projects. From site to spreadsheet, see projects come to life. 5. Energy & Sustainability Management Be part of Singapore’s green transition. Work on energy audits, ESG reporting, carbon reduction initiatives, and smart building tech.
