Preferred Qualifications At Dentsu, we operate at the intersection of Media, Customer Experience Management, creativity, data, and technology. This role either will support Media or CXM business practices, and we are particularly looking for candidates who bring curiosity and a strong interest in how technology is reshaping these areas. A strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI is a must-have requirement, especially in how these tools can be applied across media planning, customer journeys, personalisation, and marketing effectiveness. Candidates should demonstrate either hands-on exposure, academic/project experience, or active self-learning in AI/GenAI tools and applications. We welcome individuals who are either actively building expertise or exploring these domains.
