What The Role Is Internships for 6 months, Business Partnerships What You Will Be Working On Responsibilities 1. Support the implementation of the CDG Pulse 2026 and generating analytical insights. 2. Support the CDG Dashboards workstream, including preparing data for data-piping, enhancing the Agency Competency Dashboard as business owner and analysing data gaps and proposing enhancements to better track capability development across agencies. 3. Light secretariat/admin support across various platforms, including meeting preparation, documentation and logistics. What We Are Looking For Requirement 1. Demonstrate strong communication competencies, including clear thinking and articulation abilities, alongside strong written communication skills. 2. Possess analytical and synthesis skills to think critically, make sound assessments, and have the capacity to prioritise tasks and identify key actions across multiple workstreams. 3. Exhibit adaptability, strong interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities to be able to work in ambiguity.
