🚀 Investment Banking Internship — Start Date: 16th November Commitment: Full time. Work alongside an ex-BCG founder. 👩‍💻 About TruWater We’re a boutique M&A advisory firm working with tech and marketing services entrepreneurs across Asia Pacific. We help ambitious founders sell their businesses – often their life’s work – to the right buyers. We launched just over 12 months ago and have a really strong pipeline of exciting sell-side mandates. 🧠 You’ll be doing real work – not shadowing or slide-polishing Support live mandates: acquisition target research, sell side work Draft thought pieces on M&A trends and valuation benchmarks Build acquirer lists and analyse market activity Build internal tools and frameworks to systematise our approach Join BD conversations and help define our go-to-market 💡 What you'll walk away with: Practical exposure to deal structuring, valuation and acquisition strategy A deep understanding of how M&A works – from pitch to close Strong analytical, research, and commercial writing skills A front-row seat to how a business is built from scratch ✅ You might be a fit if: You are really good at research, and have excellent attention to detail You know how to read financial statements and consolidate financial accounts You write and communicate clearly You care about founder journeys and doing impactful work You're considering M&A, VC, or strategic roles longer-term You are physically located in Singapore - apologies we can't support overseas applications at this point in time. 🌊 Please do not apply unless you can start on the 27th November and commit for a minimum of six months full time .
