About this internship
Description
Conduct sector and company research across active investment mandates, including market sizing, competitive landscape mapping, and thematic deep-dives
Build and maintain comparable company analysis (trading and transaction comps) for valuation benchmarking
Assist in preparing management update materials, deal pipeline trackers, and investment committee briefing packs
Support deal screening by summarizing teasers and CIMs into structured preliminary screening memos
Assist in maintaining deal flow logs and tracking follow-up actions across active processes
Provide ad-hoc analytical support on live transactions, including financial modelling, due diligence coordination, and counterparty research
This is a full-time internship with a minimum commitment of 3 months.
Internship start dates are offered on a rolling basis and are not tied to a fixed intake period.
You will be placed within the private investment arm of one of Southeast Asia's largest conglomerates, supporting investment activities focused on semiconductors, advanced technologies, and other high-growth industries.

Requirements
Fresh graduates or final-year students from top-tier universities, preferably with degrees in Finance, Accountancy, Economics, or Business.
Strong foundational knowledge of financial modeling, valuation techniques, corporate finance principles, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
Prior internship experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, Private Equity, or Big 4 Transaction Services is highly preferred.
Fluency in Mandarin (a strong plus).
