Scope Overview: Providing first-level IT helpdesk support and assisting with walk-in user requests. Supporting M365 migration-related activities, including user setup, guidance, and troubleshooting. Assisting in the development and customization of M365 training materials and user guides. Coordinating user training sessions and collecting feedback for continuous improvement. Supporting user adoption initiatives to drive effective utilization of M365 tools such as Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Copilot (where applicable). Assisting with documentation and knowledge base updates. Requirements: Undergraduate / recently graduated university students Strong written and verbal communication skills Independent, driven, resourceful and meticulous High sense of responsibility and integrity Strong interpersonal and analytical skills Able to commit at least 3 months or more
