IT Intern

Job Title: IT Intern Company: iPreciation Location: Office-based Job Type: Internship Job Overview iPreciation is looking for a responsible and motivated IT Intern to support our day-to-day digital, website, and technical operations. This role is suitable for someone who is interested in gaining hands-on experience in IT support, website maintenance, troubleshooting, and digital systems management within a professional office environment. The intern will assist with technical tasks related to website updates, basic system support, digital organization, and general IT-related duties as assigned. Key Responsibilities Assist with website updates, maintenance, and testing Support basic troubleshooting for website, email, and office technical issues Help maintain and organize digital files, system records, and technical documentation Assist in checking website layout, content, links, and overall functionality Support basic front-end updates and content implementation when needed Help monitor and report bugs, errors, or technical issues for follow-up Assist with software, plugins, and digital tools used by the company Support internal digital operations and general IT-related tasks Help ensure work is properly documented and organized Carry out ad hoc technical and administrative support duties when required Requirements Basic knowledge of IT, websites, and computer systems Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage Basic understanding of website structure and maintenance Comfortable using computers, web-based tools, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Able to troubleshoot basic technical issues independently Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills Willing to learn, take initiative, and follow instructions carefully Responsible, reliable, and able to work in an office environment Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Skills Familiarity with WordPress or website content management systems Basic knowledge of React, Next.js, or front-end development Interest in website management, UI/UX, and digital operations Interest in art, design, or creative industries is a plus What You Will Gain Hands-on experience in IT support and digital operations Exposure to real-world website and system maintenance work Opportunity to develop technical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills Experience working in a professional office environment Portfolio-building and practical learning opportunities How to Apply Please send your resume and any relevant portfolio, GitHub link, or past project samples, together with a short introduction about your interest in this internship, either through LinkedIn or email at jaron.lua@ipreciation.com. #internshipopportunity #ITintern #systemsupport #digitalmanagement
