Job Summary We are looking for a motivated IT Intern to support the testing and quality assurance of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The intern will work closely with the IT and business teams to perform manual testing, identify software defects, verify system functionality, and ensure that new features and enhancements meet business requirements. This internship provides hands-on experience in software testing, ERP business processes, and quality assurance methodologies within a real business environment. Responsibilities Perform manual testing on ERP system features to identify software defects and verify system functionality Execute test plans and document test results to ensure new features meet business requirements Collaborate with IT and business teams to analyze business requirements and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Manage defect tracking and communicate issues effectively to development teams for resolution Apply knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies to improve test coverage Demonstrate attention to detail by accurately documenting findings and test cases Adapt to a fast-paced environment by learning new technologies and processes independently and within a team Support cross-functional collaboration to enhance software quality and business process understanding Preferred Competencies And Qualifications Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies and software testing practices Organized and methodical approach to completing assigned tasks Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility Passion for software quality assurance and continuous improvement Expected commecing period: September 2026
