IT Operations intern (6 months)

As a part of our team, you’ll help deliver seamless IT experiences and support to our employees at Sea by providing responsive helpdesk service, stable networks and reliable IT systems. Job Description • Assist with planning and managing small to medium size IT projects of low to moderate complexity. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical engineers, commercial teams to gather project requirements and establish project objectives. • Track project progress, identify issues and communicate status updates to stakeholders. • Support resource allocation and risk management activities. • Participate in regular project meetings as needed. • Update and manage project documents, including project timelines, commercial proposal, status report, handover report, etc. Requirements Majoring in Network & System Engineering or Software Development. Possessing basic knowledge of networking systems and has experience with Python.
