Systems Office for Asia – Systems Planning Department (ASO-SPD) IT Planning (Enablement and Services) Intern Internship Period: 11 January 2027 - 30 June 2027 Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated intern to support strategic initiatives across IT Planning, IT Academy, Workforce Capability Development, and Business Enablement within the Systems Planning Department (SPD). This internship offers hands-on exposure to regional IT strategy, workforce capability transformation, learning analytics, dashboard development, business planning, and employee engagement initiatives across APAC. The intern will work on data-driven initiatives that support management decision-making, program evaluation, and continuous improvement of capability development programs. The role provides opportunities to develop skills in business analysis, data analytics, dashboard development, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and digital transformation. Learning & Engagement Analytics Support the analysis of learning, engagement, and workforce capability data across various development initiatives. Develop insights and visualizations to support management decision-making. Analyze participation, completion, adoption, and engagement trends. Assist in measuring program effectiveness and identifying opportunities for improvement. Support the development of evaluation frameworks and success metrics for learning and engagement initiatives. Dashboard Development & Workforce Insights Design and enhance Power BI dashboards for learning, capability development, and employee engagement reporting. Develop visualizations for: Learning Participation & Adoption Skills Development Progress Employee Engagement Trends Talent Mobility & Development Programs Program Impact & BAU Readiness Improve dashboard usability, reporting automation, and data accessibility. Support data consolidation from multiple business and operational sources. Strategy & Planning Support strategic planning, research, and analysis activities related to workforce capability, organizational development, and IT initiatives. Analyze trends, benchmark practices, and emerging technologies relevant to learning, talent development, and employee experience. Contribute to business cases, proposals, and recommendations that support management decision-making. Participate in initiatives that support long-term capability development and organizational effectiveness across APAC. Job Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Finance, or a related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in using data to generate insights and support decision-making. Interest in Strategy & Planning, Business Analysis, Workforce Capability Development, Digital Transformation, or related business functions. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Exposure to Power BI, Power Platform, SQL, Python, or data visualization tools is an advantage but not required. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly through reports, dashboards, and presentation materials. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in a team environment. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn, with a willingness to take ownership of projects and explore innovative solutions to business challenges.
