Job Description IT Support, End User Setup and Formatting of PC Troubleshooting of Windows and Ubuntu PC Remote Assistance Manage Incident Ticketing System Setting up work desk like Monitor and docking system Contacting vendor for technical support such as HP or Dell Asset Management (Inventory and Secure Disposal) Refurbished old PCs and IT equipment for reuse and sustainability. Managing PC health (patches and updates) IT Support for Programs and Event Support of Video Conference system (e.g MTR) Supporting mobile devices (e.g. iPhones, iPad) Event Support Use of AI for daily work (e.g. creating scripts, finding solution for troubleshooting etc) Qualifications Good soft skills.
