IT System Admin Internship (Full Time)

Location: Pioneer, Singapore Responsibilities: Support the IT & Digital Strategy team in identifying repetitive business and IT processes suitable for automation and AI-driven improvement. Assist in the design, development and deployment of automation solutions for: User account provisioning and de-provisioning. Scheduled backups, monitoring and log management. Approval workflows, document processing and business process automation. Support the evaluation and implementation of AI-powered and agentic workflow solutions using enterprise platforms and low-code technologies. Document automation workflows, solution designs and operational procedures, ensuring proper version control and governance. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to troubleshoot, optimize and continuously improve automation and AI-enabled processes.
