ITE Internship Oct'26 to Sep'27 - End User Computing on new building & renovation projects

We are looking for intern(s) to join our End User Computing team (EUC), supporting new building and renovation projects across the Outram Campus and remote polyclinics. You will play a hands-on role in ensuring that EUC equipment is properly set up and ready to support healthcare operations from day one. The Selected Intern(s) Will Assist In Following Project Management Assist in managing EUC deployment projects for new buildings and renovation sites Conduct site surveys to assess infrastructure readiness and identify deployment requirements Coordinate with users on delivery and deployment schedules to ensure timely rollout Requirement Gathering and Stakeholder Coordination Gather EUC requirements from end users to ensure their operational needs are met Liaise with application teams and vendors to align on deployment plans and timelines Deployment and Testing Support on-site EUC deployment, including computers, networked printers, and related equipment Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on-site and perform troubleshooting as needed Assist with post-implementation activities to ensure systems are functioning as expected Documentation and Asset Management Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle Perform asset updates and verifications to ensure records are kept current About You Be pursuing Higher Nitec in Business Information Systems, IT Systems and Networks, Cyber & Network Security or related discipline Basic understanding of End User Computing concepts and hardware setup Familiarity with networking fundamentals; exposure to Cisco router commands is an advantage Experience or interest in IT project management or deployment activities Good communication skills with the ability to work with end users, application teams, and vendors Independent, fast learner, and self-driven Good team player with strong organisational and problem-solving skills Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, on-the-ground environmen Want a glimpse into life at Synapxe?
