As Jewelry Marketing And Merchandising Assistant, You Will Support The Marketing And Merchandising Teams In The Day-to-day Coordination Of Jewelry Activities, Including Stock Management, Boutique Requests, Order And Shipment Follow-up, And Marketing Initiatives Across SEA Markets. Your Main Missions Will Be Act as the central point of contact for boutique jewelry stock enquiries, coordinating requests with relevant teams. Manage SAP activities, including stock transfers, order cancellations, enquiries and daily stock updates. Coordinate PLV transfers and special stock requests, ensuring accurate allocation and timely follow-up. Monitor shipments, defective products and discrepancy cases, liaising with boutiques and Regional Customer Service. Coordinate with internal and regional teams to resolve stock, order and delivery-related matters. Support marketing and commercial activities, including training materials, GIA certificates, launches and boutique animations.
