We work with employers, educators and community partners to create Job Tasters, workshops and experiential learning programmes that gives youths real exposure to different careers and industries. We’re looking for a Programmes Associate who enjoys turning ideas into meaningful learning experiences. You’ll own the thinking behind our programmes—not just how they’re run, but how they’re designed, improved and scaled over time. You’ll take ownership of programmes from concept to delivery – working closely with partners, refining programme design, and ensuring every experience creates real value for the youths we serve. What You’ll Do: 1. Programme Development: – Design, conceptualise and deliver Job Tasters, workshops and experiential learning programmes – Translate workplace experiences into engaging and meaningful learning opportunities for youths – Together with our Events team, you'll oversee programme delivery from planning through execution, ensuring a high-quality participant experience – Continuously refine and improve programmes based on participant and partner feedback – Develop playbooks, templates and SOPs to standardise and scale programme delivery 2. Partner Management – Liaise with employers, schools and community partners throughout programme planning – Oversee delivery of programmes with our Events Associate, helping with the coordination of timelines, deliverables and programming – Build strong relationships to ensure high-quality programme experiences We’re Looking For Someone that’s: – A self-starter who takes initiative and enjoys figuring things out – Organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously – Thinks critically and enjoys solving problems – Communicates confidently and professionally – Adaptable, resourceful and comfortable in a fast-paced environment And ultimately, we hope you're someone who's passionate about youth development, education and creating meaningful experiences for our youths.
