Job Description Keppel is a leading global asset manager and operator with strong capabilities in energy & environment, urban development and connectivity, creating solutions for a sustainable future. This role sits within the Fund Management platform focuses on asset management relating to the assets under Keppel DC REIT. The intern will be responsible in the following: Assisting in related asset management activities and initiatives for the REIT. Liasing with stakeholders to conduct data centre related research, analysis and financial modelling. Other asset management related work scope Learning Outcomes: Learn the fundamentals of managing data centre assets in different jurisdictions. Gaining a broad exposure to opportunities in areas of internal / external stakeholders management, vendors and other asset level management teams Gaining experience in financial and operational management of data centre in a REIT Job Requirements Undergraduate pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business or Finance or other relevant degree with strong writing and numeric skills. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Genuine interest in asset management & real estate Good team player who is independent and can communicate effectively with others.
