Responsibilities
Support Key Account Managers in the day-to-day management of key retail accounts.
Assist in preparing sales reports, business reviews, and performance analysis.
Monitor sales performance, stock availability, and replenishment to ensure healthy inventory levels.
Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and in-store campaigns with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in preparing listing forms, price files, promotional submissions, and other commercial documentation.
Track promotion timelines and ensure all deliverables are submitted on schedule.
Work closely with Supply Chain, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Finance, and Brand teams to ensure seamless execution.
Support store-related requests, including merchandising updates, display implementation, and issue resolution.
Consolidate and analyze sales data to identify trends and business opportunities.
Prepare presentation materials for customer meetings and internal business reviews.
Perform administrative and ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Comfortable working with numbers and large datasets.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive mindset.
