Key Account & Retail Operation Intern Key Responsibilities: Support day-to-day operations for offline key accounts Assist in consolidating and analyzing sales and store-level data (e.g. sell-out, productivity), and provide basic insights Monitor product stock status (e.g. OOS / DC) and assist in replenishment and order coordination Support the execution of VM (visual merchandising) materials, including store follow-ups and on-site support (e.g. installation / display adjustments) Track store performance and feedback, and assist in resolving basic operational issues Assist in cross-functional coordination (warehouse, marketing, VM teams, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of projects Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables is a plus) Detail-oriented, responsible, and comfortable working with data Good communication skills in both English and Chinese Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
