Lab Intern (QC, Compliance & Lab Work)

Xandro Lab is a Singapore-based supplement brand built around the Biocap (Biological Capital) idea: treating your health as an asset you invest in. We work with science-backed ingredients and hold ourselves to a high bar on quality, transparency and what we are allowed to say. The role This is a hands-on role across three areas: quality control, regulatory compliance and lab work. You will help make sure every product we ship is what the label says it is, and that every claim we make can be backed up. If you like being the person who checks the details and asks “how do we know that’s true?”, this is for you. What you will do Quality control Review certificates of analysis (COAs), specifications and batch documents from suppliers and contract manufacturers Check incoming materials and finished goods against specifications Track batch records, retention samples and quality deviations Support supplier qualification and keep supplier documentation current Verify packaging and artwork (labels, supplement facts, batch codes) before print and production Compliance Maintain our compliance files: ingredient approvals, regulatory references, test reports and certificates Keep SOPs, checklists and internal quality records organised and up to date Track regulatory changes relevant to supplements and summarise what matters for the team Lab and product testing Support sample preparation, basic physical and sensory evaluation, and stability and shelf-life tracking Help run small-scale formulation trials and prototype tests with the product development team Coordinate samples going to external labs and track results (potency, heavy metals, microbial, etc.) Record results accurately and flag anything out of specification Maintain lab organisation, sample logs and safe working practices What you will gain Real exposure to how a supplement brand goes from ingredient to shelf Direct work with product development, supply chain and leadership A strong foundation for a career in quality, regulatory affairs, R&D or product development Potential for a full-time role, depending on available openings Who we are looking for Students or recent graduates in food science, pharmacy, chemistry, biochemistry, nutrition, biomedical science or a related field (other backgrounds welcome if you are meticulous and curious) Careful, detail-oriented, and comfortable with documentation and checklists Bonus signals Prior lab experience (academic or industry) Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, ISO standards or HSA/SFA requirements Interest in nutrition science, longevity or supplements Experience in a regulated industry Details Duration: 6 months, full-time Location: Singapore Paid internship, open to students, fresh graduates and career switchers Possible conversion to full-time
