Legal and Compliance (Graduate Trainee/ Intern)

Acheron is a market maker holding a CASP license issued by the AFM in the Netherlands under MiCAr and with passporting in all EU countries. Acheron provides liquidity services to digital asset issuers from their most embryonic stages and throughout their adoption cycle. It is our belief that market inefficiency is one of the factors preventing digital assets from achieving mass adoption. We are looking for a legal compliance (Graduate Trainee/ Intern) to conduct cross-border legal research, draft commercial contracts, and support MAS regulatory compliance and counterparty onboarding for our operations Key Responsibilities: Legal Research & Analysis : Conduct detailed comparative research on evolving global digital asset regulations (e.g., MAS Payment Services Act, European MiCA, and US frameworks) to support the firm's cross-border expansion Commercial Contract Support : Assist in reviewing and drafting fundamental corporate and commercial documentation, including Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Service Provider Contracts, and vendor agreements. MAS Regulatory Compliance : Support the compliance team in preparing mandatory regulatory filings, tracking compliance checklists, and maintaining corporate secretarial registers. Institutional Onboarding : Assist in reviewing KYC/AML (Anti-Money Laundering) documentation and corporate structures for institutional counterparties, funds, and token foundations.
