Role Description
The Legal Intern role at Aetosky is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore. The intern will support the legal team with research on legal issues related to government technology, AI platforms, data usage, and regulatory compliance. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with legal document preparation, reviewing contracts and internal policies, and helping draft and organize legal documentation and correspondence. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to clarify legal requirements, maintaining accurate legal records, and contributing to internal guidelines and risk assessments. The intern will gain exposure to public sector and technology-related legal matters under the guidance of experienced legal professionals.
Qualifications
Strong foundational knowledge of Law and an interest in technology, public sector, or regulatory matters.
Ability to contribute to Legal Consulting activities, including issue-spotting and providing research-based insights.
Competence in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal agreements and internal policies.
Clear and professional Communication skills for working with internal stakeholders and documenting legal findings.
Capacity to identify, analyze, and summarize Legal Issues relevant to AI platforms, data use, and public sector operations.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree or equivalent legal studies.
Strong attention to detail, discretion in handling sensitive information, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in written English; familiarity with Singapore law or public sector regulations is an advantage.
