Role Description As a Legal Intern, you will support the team in delivering legal and strategic services to clients in the transportation and related sectors. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with legal research, preparing and organizing legal documents, reviewing contracts and regulatory materials, and helping to identify and analyze legal issues relevant to client matters. You will collaborate with attorneys on case preparation, draft memos and summaries, and contribute to client-facing materials under supervision. This is a full-time remote role, requiring reliable availability during standard business hours and proactive communication with the team via digital collaboration tools. Qualifications Foundational knowledge of Law and an interest in transportation, technology, and sustainability sectors. Ability to assist with Legal Consulting -related work, including supporting strategic advice and client-focused solutions. Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation , such as drafting, formatting, and organizing contracts, memos, and filings. Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for internal collaboration and client materials. Capacity to identify and analyze Legal Issues through thorough research and critical thinking. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a law program (LL.B., J.D., or equivalent), with strong academic performance. High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment. Comfort with AI and digital tools for research, document management, and virtual collaboration; prior internship or practical experience is an advantage.
