Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a Livestream & Content Intern to be part of our luxury retail and livestream commerce team.
This is a hands-on role where you will support live-selling sessions, create short-form content for platforms like TikTok, and assist with in-store retail sales. You will get first-hand exposure to how luxury products are prepared, showcased, marketed, and sold across both livestream and retail environments.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with customers, is interested in luxury retail and social commerce, and is excited to gain first-hand exposure to livestream hosting.
Key Responsibilities
Support livestream preparation, including product setup, item checks, pricing details, and backstage coordination.
Assist the livestream host during live sessions by managing product flow, customer questions, and sold items.
Support livestream sessions when required, including appearing on livestream to assist with product showcasing.
Create TikTok and short-form content, including sneak peeks, product highlights, behind-the-scenes clips, and post-livestream recaps.
Capture and edit simple short-form videos using TikTok, CapCut, Instagram Reels, or similar tools.
Support in-store retail sales, including attending to customers, assisting with product enquiries, and maintaining store presentation.
Update livestream trackers, sales records, product status, and other post-session follow-ups.
Assist with ad hoc sales, content, retail, and operational tasks where required.
Qualifications
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Retail, Fashion, Media, or a related field.
Interested in luxury retail, livestreaming, e-commerce, social commerce, and short-form content creation.
Comfortable interacting with customers and supporting retail sales activities.
Comfortable appearing on livestream when required.
Basic video editing skills using TikTok, CapCut, Instagram Reels, or similar tools will be a plus.
Organised, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using basic tools such as Google Sheets or Excel.
Working Arrangement
On non-livestream days, working hours are 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
Livestream sessions are held on Thursdays and Sundays, from 8:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
On livestream days, the intern will usually report at 5:00 PM to support preparation before the livestream.
One-way taxi fare home may be claimed after late-night livestream sessions, in line with company policy.
The intern must be comfortable with late-night livestream shifts, weekend livestreams, in-store retail support, and appearing on livestream when required.
Internship Commitment
Internship duration: 6 months preferred.
